Selling Your South Jersey Home? Look No Further!
INTERNET MARKETING PROGRAM
THE SIMPLE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF MARKETING YOUR HOME PROPERLY IS CORRECT USE OF THE INTERNET
Although many Realtors claim to market your home on the internet, most never come close to reaching the potential of on-line marketing. When you list a home with me, your home goes on multiple websites to bring you even more exposure.
Check out the graphic below to see what other online sites your home is marketed on
STATISTICS – HOW BUYERS SEARCH FOR HOMES
Research found that when searching for a home to purchase, 90% of buyers first looked to the internet. There is no secret about how powerful the internet is to the sale of your home. Here are more statistics – 87% used an agent to find a home, 55% were drive buys or found the sign on the lawn, while 45% use open houses to shop for homes. Only 2% used print media to search for a home! SELLERS ARE 20 TIMES more likely to sell their home by using online advertising than in a newspaper!
DOES VIDEO MATTER?
The NAR or National Association of Realtors, tells us that 92% of home buyers use the internet to view and locate information on properties. Now, with that said, 85% of buyers see quality photos “very useful” to their decision making process. In 2013, photos are being actually being surpassed by video. Only 8% of Realtors are using video, most of which, are not using it properly with most important SEO.
Did you know that 73% of homeowners say they’re more likely to list with a Realtor who offers to create a video for them, but only 8% of agents use video and only 3% put their listings on YouTube? The simple fact is YouTube is HUGE. Videos that are properly put on YouTube, are catapulted to the top of Google Searches! Don’t be part of the 97% who are losing.
MOBILE SEARCH STATISTICS
This site is optimized for Mobile Search. Fact is, buyers driving past a home, usually do not have a laptop with them but they will have their mobile phone. It is so important that your home is listed with an Agent that has mobile search tools available. Here are some mobile real estate search statistics you should know.
- When searching for real estate, mobile search has grown on Google.com over 253% in the past 4 years.
- Approximately 20% of real estate searches start on a mobile device, (probably driving buy a listing)
- 44% of home shoppers use their mobile phone/device over the course of shopping for a home. I had one buyer that did not own a computer, just a mobile phone.
Mobile searches for real estate are expected to see significant growth over the next few years. Don’t let your home be left behind!
WHY DO I HAVE 2 LOCAL WEBSITES?
Simple. Even when a buyer goes to a major portal to search for a home, 69% of the time, they begin with a local search term (Sewell NJ Homes For Sale, Mullica Hill NJ Luxury Homes Etc.) One final statistic that I find to be a HUGE effect on the sale of your home – Although a buyers search for a home may be that of a lengthy process, one statistics shows that 24% of real estate shoppers make some kind of decision by using internet real estate search in one day!
